It is important to us that you are in love with your purchase!


We will therefore honour all exchanges and returns on aurahera.com purchases, subject to the general terms and conditions below:



  • The item(s) shall be returned unused and in its original condition, with all tags and accessories still attached and in their original packaging
  • All items must not be damaged, stained, washed or dry cleaned
  • Local exchanges/returns within Singapore will be picked up by our logistics partner at your designated location.
  • All charges incurred for local exchanges/returns for non-defective goods will be borne by the customer
  • Charges for re-delivery for local exchanges will be borne by AURAHERA
  • On-sale items purchased during sale promotions cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded

Specifics pertaining to

  • Validity: We accept returns within 14 days from receipt of your parcel (Singapore orders), or 30 days from receipt of your parcel (International orders)
  • Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our Return Conditions; if the conditions are met, you will receive an email confirmation on the return. Store Credit (with 6 months validity in the form of a Gift Card) equivalent to the purchase value of the item will be credited into your AURAHERA account
  • AURAHERA will exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability
  • Validity: Items to be exchanged must reach us within 14 business days (Singapore orders), or 30 days (International orders) from the date of receipt of goods
  • To exchange an item, notify us here and quote your order number as reference. Inform us of the replacement size you require so that we can check on availability and put the item on hold. We will reply to you within 24 hours
  • Once we receive the items we will inspect them to ensure they meet our Exchange Conditions; if these conditions are met, we will dispatch the replacement size or colour within the next 2 business days
  • If the replacement size you require is not available, you will be entitled to a refund into your AURAHERA account as Store Credit (with 6 months validity in the form of a Gift Card)
  • To exchange your item for an alternative style due to a change of mind, kindly return the item and make a new purchase in the form of a new order instead
  • All purchases (transaction level) are only entitled to be exchanged once

Defects handling


  • Request for exchange on defective item(s) will be determined by AURAHERA on a case-by-case basis, and must be accompanied with photos of the defective area (please email to customercare@aurahera.com)
  • Similar validity holds for defective items -- item(s) must reach us within 7 business days (Singapore orders), or 14 days (International orders) from the date of receipt of goods
  • Exchange on defective item(s) for a similar piece will be done within 2 business days upon receipt of returned items(s) that has been deemed as defective
  • Refunds will only be made if the defective item is out of stock for exchange. Store Credit (with 6 months validity in the form of a Gift Card) equivalent to the purchase value of the item will be credited into your AURAHERA account

Post-purchase stock unavailability


  • Purchases will be refunded to your credit card for items that are out-of-stock upon processing for delivery
  • Purchases made using store credits will be refunded as store credits for items that are out-of-stock upon processing for delivery

Incorrect delivery


  • For incorrect item delivery, the correct item will be delivered within 2 business days from receipt of incorrectly delivered item(s) in our warehouse
  • Returns charges will be waived for incorrect item delivery
